What will happen to my data?
All personal data that was collected by BENEVITA and stored on Visionarity servers will be permanently deleted. Data protection is therefore guaranteed. SWICA only has the bonus points determined on the basis of your declaration in past years for calculating and allocating the premium discount in the COMPLETA TOP and HOSPITA supplementary insurance plans.
Your user data (e-mail address and insured person number) will be migrated to SWICA’s interim solution so that you can log in using your existing user data. Your data will now be stored electronically by our Swiss hosting partner, Ops One AG.
Your declaration questionnaires from previous years will be available in your personal document file from August 2019. We ask for your understanding if this is not immediately the case.
We regret that your tracker data cannot be migrated to the BENEVITA interim solution. Tracker data held by Visionarity will be permanently deleted.
Your personal BENEVITA discount is still guaranteed. The premium discount for 2020 was determined on the basis of this year’s declaration. The next declaration phase will begin in February 2020 on this platform.
